You may register for the Reunion Dinner, Dessert, Dance & Picnic at $45 per person

Flight 126 bar opens at 6:00PM, dinner served at 6:30PM

Or just come for the Dance, Dessert and Picnic for $15 per person

Arrive after 7:30PM for Dance and stay until 11:00 PM

PAY ONLINE:

• Select and pay for Reunion Dinner/Dance/Picnic (or just the Dance) with Credit Card or PayPal
• E-mail a copy of your completed Registration form to: <webmaster@spuhs-reunion.org>
• We will send you back a confirmation and add you to the GUEST LIST

PAY BY MAIL:

• Print and mail registration form with your check payable to: Sally Cook, Treas.
